Mullach Glas is the middle peak in a group of three 600m peaks at the SE end of the Maamturk Mountains. Sometimes called Shannagirah.   Mullach Glas is the 251st highest place in Ireland. Mullach Glas is the second most southerly summit in the Maamturks area.

Navigation up from Cruiscín is easy, as a row of fence posts (no fence though!) guide you up the obvious path. A little walker-induced erosion at some spots along the way up, but nothing too serious. Unfortunately the clouds stayed down during my short visit to the summit, but the shot shows the cairn and small pond marked on the Harvey map.
