I cycled to Tawin National School which is at the far end of the public road on the island. There's room for a car to park here. thereafter you can cross the cattle grid and head off for a pleasant stroll on the gravel track in front of you. Keep on the track as it swings right and left. As you head on through typical coastal grasses and small ponds you'll easily make out the high point of the island ahead and to the left. Jump the wall and head up the short hill and you're there. It's worth heading over to the western end of the field to see the coastline and to get fine, widespread views. As you turn back inland look out for the trig point which pokes it's head out just above the southern wall...there can't be many lower ones around!
