On the Discovery map this peak is marked as Luggatarriff, a name meaning 'hollow of the bull' which probably applies to a hollow on the slopes of Benfree.   Binn Fraoigh is the 223rd highest place in Ireland.

Benfree on 28.12.2003, seen from closer to the summit of Benbaun than pdtempan's picture. The traverse from Benfree to Benbaun can be made out, finishing in the bottom right-hand corner.
