Picture: The two Tievummera tops.
This is the highest point on the long Tievummera part of the Sheefry scarp. Be aware that the bump with the trig pillar is slightly lower than this summit and is therefore not the VL/ Arderin.

The quickest route is from GlUmer R (L87207 67521). Ascend initially on the forest road and then make for the SE ridge of Tievummera Trig.

See track/5092

There are fine views from the top, including the huge cliff to the north of the scarp, towards Croagh Patrick, Twelve Bens, Maamturks, coastline etc.

An obvious stop along the ridge

The real highpoint stands close to the edge of the cliffs and is actually an obvious stop between Tievummera trig point and Barrclashcame. Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/1522/comment/24243/
