New addition, out west. If heading towards Lennaun on the N59, turn right onto L51021 signposted Glencroff. Start ot where the western way intersects the road at A (L83410 60793). Follow the western way south for 1.5km, to a broken stile at a fence. Head left uphill over heather clad slopes and higher up over steep grassy slopes to the top. Great views from here in all direcrions. Time taken 1.30mins a round trip of 6km Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/1519/comment/23120/

Fringes on the Maumturks

Followed the route provided by eamonoc but decided to head down the North side of the hill for a more direct approach to my car. Had to content with felled Coilte forest which is also replanted so basically just return the way you came. From the South West this hill could also be approached as an extension of the Lettershanbally loop at Nacarigen S (L79968 58052)Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/1519/comment/23531/
