COMMENTS for Nareera South-West Top 1 of 1
New Comment: Brilliant viewpoint
by IainT  6 Feb 2019
As muddyboots says, quite a view. I thought it the best viewpoint of all the Sugarloaf/Nareera group, with just that extra bit of openness to the west. Easily reached too, either as a detour off the Beara Way or by the track up the forest edge from the Leitrim Beg stone at V848512 A as described by Liz50. Well worth wandering off the Beara way.

Over looking Lough Keel and only a short distance off the Beara way. Took in the summit as part of a walk to the Sugarloaf. Trackback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1485/comment/18158/

What a view!! Nareera to the left, Sugarloaf Far West Top straight on and Sugarloaf West Top to the right. The Beara Way can be seen as the track on the left. Trackback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1485/comment/18773/
