Start at C'gower (S54396 05118) Room for one car in front of a gate.. Cross the gate onto an overgrown track, and as you follow it uphill the track becomes less overgrown and more open. At the high point of the track, the top of Clashabeema is on the left. Duck under a wire fence into a rough grassy thistle covered area to reach the summit.
The trig point sits atop the crags. Nice views towards the Comeraghs from the summit area.
Note: this appears to be farmland so permission may be needed for access.
Contrary to the OSI map, there is a trig point on top, of a type I haven't seen before. Views are good for such a small hill; there is a bit of bouldering to be had around the summit area, if you're so inclined.
This is on farmland, but there are many houses, not wanting to rouse them all early on a Sunday morning to ask permission, I hopped the gate and followed the track from the south to near the top. Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/1360/comment/16063/

Climbed 11/7/2014. Started at C'gower (S54396 05118). Room here for one car. Crossed gate onto overgrown track, followed it uphill the track became less overgrown and more open. Higher up alongside track there is an electric fence, presumably to keep nearby cattle off the craggy top. Went to high point of the track, the top of Clashabeema is on the left of the path, ducked under fence into rough grassy thistley area and headed to left of summit and was able to find faint traces of old track around to the other side of the craggy top and easily ascended to summit from this side. The trig point appears at the last moment sitting atop the crags. Nice views towards the Comeraghs from here. Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/1360/comment/17546/
