On the go to Ballyroe
by eamonoc  4 Nov 2021
On Thursday 28th Oct, ventured out on a wet west Cork morning towards Barryroe Hill, also studied google Earth arrived at
W13654 29656 starA, just about enough room to park one car without blocking gate, a few Donkeys in the field paid no attention to me, just inside gate was able to use and old overgrown very wet track to gain a bit of height and arrived at an old stone wall followed this through dying ferns to top of hill, had a good walk about saw a small passage grave ? and discovered an old low sized summit marker,.
