Under the water tower
Summary created by thomas_g

Access to within 10m of the summit is possible from Meadow Avenue, to get access to the summit itself one must enter the grounds of the water tower area which is walled and fenced off, while the very damaged gate on the east side of the water tower wouldn't keep out a determined bagger, that would of course be trespassing on council property.
The highest point is not within the walled water tower complex. Just to the west of the watertowers is a rock wall of antiquity that is thoroughly overgrown. Along this is the highest land form.
