Picture: Fergalh completes his Local 100!

A little gem
by paddyhillsbagger  16 Feb 2014
Accompanied Fergalh on this lovely little hill in completing his 100th Local List. There is a lane at M888 579 A between the road junction and a Celtic Tiger building. The lane leads up to a large mobile phone mast and a raised trig point from which fine views are expanded over Lough Ree, Roscommon town and various Midland counties. Truly a little gem of a hill. 20 minutes up and down with time to spot distant tops as well. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1332/comment/15858/
