What a crowded summit (M5070541315 A) for such a small hill. We have 1 trig 4 transmitters 1 wooden cross and a Millennium Project by the people of the parish which includes a memorial a steel cross and St Bernard's well so no access problems and at the entrance to the summit area (M5052241138 B) a reservoir. Nothing additional to add to the route described by Sandman. As the area around Knockroe is very flat, the views are are quite nice from a summit that is only 168 meters. Trackback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1330/comment/20100/
