Great views. Good spot.

Good spot and a good place to walk. Final part of the climb to the top is a bit of a challenge. Spectacular wide ranging views from the hill top. Also historical monuments on the hill top. Understandable why it was a campsite in 1798. The forest is planted with native deciduous and coniferous trees to replace trees cut down to build the Dunbrody Famine Ship. (Sign at the entrance explains). Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1300/comment/18895/
