The only reason you may wish to visit this hill is if you are summit bagging or if you want to see a trig with a difference as mentioned by chalky.I asked permission to park and access the hill at a Riding Center A (W36008 64321) this allowed easy access to the trig by following the farm tract and then picking your way up thru two overgrown fire breaks to the summit. Cycled to start of a farm track at Clearagh (W3690 6525) which can be followed S then W then S again to near edge of trees which can be followed to the Trig which unusually had 4 bolts on top rather than the normal round centre plate. Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/1158/comment/17671/
