When we climbed this hill (in early June) there was a large herd of young bulls (40+) in the first field. They seemed very agitated by our presence and only a feeble electric fence separated us from them on our walk up the track. A local farmer approached us when on the track (not the landowner) and warn us about the bulls. It is perhaps better to leave this hill until the winter when livestock are less likely to be present.
