Like the others I did it from the west and parked at 196690 starA .Wind farm workings at present, however an early start meant it was done quickly in around thirty minutes Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1136/comment/20937/

New turbines lead to summit
by chelman7  10 May 2021
Like the others through gate, follow path to first turbine, pass through second gate and you are a couple of hundred metres from the top. Coming down the other side new wind farm roads allow you to do a 45 min loop. Just enough to stretch the dogs legs. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1136/comment/23106/

A quick summit
by conormcbandon  20 Jan 2015
I parked the car at a very small disused quarry entrance to the west of the summit and crossed the gate onto the hillside. It's a quick up and down across some rough upland grazing. It's a relatively unremarkable hill with some decent views of the paps, Mullaghanish, Sheehy More and Doughill. The route was too short for my GPS.
