A very steep slog!
by paddyhillsbagger  14 Jun 2015
Asked permission at a nearby farmhouse and parked off-road near L93258 52808 starA which is a paved section of the Western Way. Headed roughly East below the very steep grassy slopes of Knocknagur then North up a rock free route to the top. A fence straddles the summit ridge of boggy peat hags and moor. Fantastic views of the Maumturks and Lough Corrib. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1131/comment/18121/
