Parked at R952 564 starA as by cornormcbandons comment and followed suggested route to T17 and the summit area which as far as I can make out is a corner of a field where several fences meet. Couldn't even see the turbines from here, let alone the views, but heard the swish of the blades. There is a large sign at the entrance to this top.
