Re: Sorting 500m from 400m tops
Context of comment:Suggestion that we display only summits of 500m (which would omit the lower 400-499m and the small prominent ones) in the map of local summits.
Message:The advantage of this is that for people only interested in the over 500m summits, there would be no clutter from smaller ones. On the other hand many people looking at an area might have a go at picking off some the smaller ones perhaps en route to larger.

Colin: are you aware that in the LIsts & Logs section you can get a map of the summits in an area in which you can selectively choose which list the summits are from? Let's suppose you were walking in the Sperrins and wanted a map of all the summits over 500m but not the others. This is currently possible. I use this feature when planning what to walk in an area.
Additional points:I really need some further feedback on this. It could be done on a selective basis however some people might believe that this was a disadvantage and breaks the link between the map and the summits listed in the site.

There is enough space to park one car at 100 167, just on the edge of a wood around a sharp u-bend. Proceed north for 100m before turning NE up a gentle slope, although the terrain is treacherous ...
