Context of comment:Hi Astrofizz, I recently had the same issue with track downloads and I had to use internet explorer 11 (not chrome) and re-download the communicator plug-in, then open MV in chrome and make sure you allow permission for the plug in up the top corner of the screen.(Tick the box that allows auto usage)This worked for me as far as I can remember.Des
