Re I Walk the Line
Context of comment:Ah yes march-fixer. The answer is both more prosaic and, for those who like me write software code and appreciate just how extraordinary software bugs can be,it's whimsical.

It turned out that all points in the displayed track have the same longitude of 100.00000 despite perfectly reasonable figures in the input. It turns out the cause of this is that the database we use (MySQL) was altering all longitude figures above 100 to 100.

wicklore's tracks in China were actually the first we had with a longitude greater than 100. None of the 120 plus tracks we had tested prior to launch which included some from south of the equator had a longitude over 100 or under -100

Fixed now. wicklore tells me he will reupload the two when he gets around to it.

So not a test of an eastern military space system, more a western bug.
