Hillwalking memorabilia...
...was watching Four Rooms on Channel 4 the other night when someone brought in 6 original Alfred Wainwright drawings of some of the larger mountains in the Lake District. Was surprised that they looked for 500 each, and in the end sold them all for 2,100 - would have thought them a bit more valuable.

Anyway, it got me thinking, anyone out there own any piece of hillwalking memorabilia, or to do with mountains in general, a first edition book, a Wainwright drawing, Chris Bonnington's hiking boots, whatever. I have a copy of Richard Mersey's The Hills of Cork and Kerry somewhere, and always looking out for the fell running book Stud Marks on the Summit.

I followed Sandmans instructions - thanks for those - it's a bit of a time consuming and boring climb, and the views from the top arent great. I wouldnt prioritise it if you have time constraints ...
