Hillwalking memorabilia...
...was watching Four Rooms on Channel 4 the other night when someone brought in 6 original Alfred Wainwright drawings of some of the larger mountains in the Lake District. Was surprised that they looked for £500 each, and in the end sold them all for £2,100 - would have thought them a bit more valuable.

Anyway, it got me thinking, anyone out there own any piece of hillwalking memorabilia, or to do with mountains in general, a first edition book, a Wainwright drawing, Chris Bonnington's hiking boots, whatever. I have a copy of Richard Mersey's The Hills of Cork and Kerry somewhere, and always looking out for the fell running book Stud Marks on the Summit.
