Re Climbing Benbulbin
Looking at our online map, two routes suggest themselves as worth trying:
a. track 1421 from the NE, a long way round but probably not a contentious one.
b. from Kings Mountain. I was on Kings in 2010 and explored some of the remarkable features nearby which are well worth visiting in their own right. It would be perhaps a 6 or 7km dogleg to include Benbulbin.
As always ask permission if you see anyone to consult and be prepared to react to the circumstances. |
