Re Carrickgolligan
Andodenis you will be pleased to hear that Carrickgolligan will be one of the over 300 new summits being added to MV in the new year! Others include Bray Head in Wicklow, and Knockeyon in Westmeath that other members have queried over the years. This is as a result of a project to lower the prominence requirement of lower hills from 150m to 100m. We will provide more comprehensive information to members in the coming month. This is separate to the subjective 'cultural, historical, & local ' list we intend to introduce also.
