Unbaggered...disbaggered...imbaggered...
...I agree Bleck, but still stuck in that how many, how far, how fast phase cos I consider myself new to this trekking lifestyle and still striding out. When I have covered more of the ranges I think there will be a natural tendency to slow down and smell the roses along the way and just not be so damn competitive about it. I'll get it out of my system yet!

On an aside, was reading a running forum this morning where people were giving out about a half marathon last weekend in Cork that was "out" by 100 metres. Clearly products of this Garmin age, all I could think was (i) I bet Emile Zatopek ran a few in his time that were out a few metres and (ii) these people sorely need a dose of Bleck Cra! We live in the selfie era!

Lackakeely: An easy bag after Mweelrea
magnumpig 9 hours ago.
Mweelrea is a sweaty old climb (for me anyways) and if, like me, you feel that climbing it deserves bagging more than one peak, you should visit Lackaleely. Basically it's a small rise overlooking...

No excuse not to come over here for a peek if you are at Truskmore, so that's what we did and it's worth it for the extra view.

This was our second time to climb Truskmore and we've been lucky enough each time to get space to park at the start of the transmitter road at G7438546834. As we sat having some food in the van, w...
