re: identifying summits
I think the large mountain in the distance on the right is Slievenamon. Check out this computer generated view from Forth Mountain which is to the west of Slievecoiltia, the outline of Slievenamon matches the photo perfectly:

A line of sight does exist from Slievecoiltia to Galtymore but at 53 miles it is a little far to be seen on a hazy day like the day the photo was taken. |
