Rapporteur wanted.
This talk about hill repairs is a particularly valuable discussion, timely for a number of reasons and relevant to MV, the website of 1057 summits. We have had great discussions about various issues in the past, but perhaps we haven't always brought them further to a point where they crystallised to something definite.

So RAPPORTEUR WANTED! He or she who would like to do this would list the points of agreement or disagreement both to clarify this to the people discussing but also to make it comprehensible to hillwalkers and others reading the website (around 800-1100 people visit this site each day but many will not have been following the discussion). Reports could appear also in the newsletter.

This might suit relative newcomers to discussion here such as emp123, scannerman or one of the regulars.
