Storm Brews over Lug
The weathermen are back tracking. We may yet get the howling gales to which our culture and breeding entitle us. Pray for the storm! Pray for the terrible challenge-the great earth spinning violently. Let Hurricane and History rhyme .
I quote:
"On Friday night, mainly dry conditions will develop but a good deal of cloud will persist as winds back southeast to east, fresh to strong. Saturday will continue mainly dry but quite breezy and probably rather cloudy; eastern and southern coasts will feel cool owing to the wind but it will be rather mild elsewhere, especially in any sunshine."
I expect further deterioration tomorrow. By Saturday there will be mudslides pouring down Fraughan Rock Glen.

While not very challenging, recent felling means the views along the way and from the summit are pleasant enough. A nice spot for a lunchtime walk.
