LOST ?
What I want to know is why we don’t read more from mviews stalwart, Captain Vertigo. Time was he regaled us regularly with his quirky stories, experiences, anecdotes and observations. Always intelligent, always amusing, frequently mischievous and often (a characteristic I so admire) contentious. When the Cap was about, there was always a scrap, if only sometimes with himself. Doubtless there is a place for dead pan, but the captain certainly doesn’t know where that is. He emerges currently with a truly mischievous piece on a lost walker and also now his glowing and vigorous praise for ahendroff, the sentiment of which I agree with completely, although the homogeneity suggested by his descriptor “one of our own” begs discussion – we are after all a whole bunch of views. Anyway Captain – more fireballs and more bolts of lightning please.
