Viviparous Lizard
I was delighted to spot an Irish common lizard on Hangman's Hill in Leitrim yesterday. Biology.ie have constant Irish wildlife surveys in progress (including roadkill surveys). It is possible to log sightings of lizards there at http://www.biology.ie/sub-step2.php?m=lizards&s=835. They also seek sightings of toads, slow worms, Kerry slugs, wildflowers, lichens and butterflys to name but a few.

MountainViews member three5four0 reported seeing many lizards in his recent post on Coolcross Hill in Donegal. Perhaps the long run of warm weather has resulted in a bumper year for the lizards?
