Picture: Nice View (Contract pics)

Thank u for the welcome.. :-)
Many thanks for the welcome message, I'm just happy that they had to climb the mountain and leave their little flying toy on the ground... I'm sure they got the shot they were looking for ;-)
I'm heading back up to the Mournes on Friday night after work and plan on starting a good hike at about 5am Saturday, an all day event - weather permitting.. i'm aiming to follow the wall for as much as I can, any suggestions on the best starting point? I thought bloodybridge perhaps?
It's just the 3 of us again this weekend so if anyone is interested in joining us for a ramble you would be most welcome, i might even make the tea!! post a message (if thats ok?) or send me a mail to kengummerson@gmail.com and we can co-ordinate from there.
Cheers for now.
Ken.

Knocknacusha: There and back again

You can start at Ballaghisheen, a mountain pass V671 792. Space here for 3-4 cars. Ballaghisheen is at just over 300m so the climb to the top at around 551m is not a great strain. There is a sign ...

Scarr: Three ridges, many routes and good views.
Collaborative entry Last edit by: simon3 3 weeks ago.
