Tullynasoo is a townland in the parish of Kilcoo. The name is derived from Ir. Tulaigh na Subh, 'hillock of strawberries'. The name Tullynasoo Mountain probably refers to the mountain pasture of the townland. Slievenalargy appears to be the name of the peak.
Slievenalargy is the 1199th highest place in Ireland. Trackback: http://mountainviews.ie/summit/971/?PHPSESSID=naeptgtgvtlev8tcbeqi85bln7
