Route from Ogwen Valley to Abergwyngregyn taking in the entire main ridge of the Carneddau and including 7 of the 16 Welsh 3000s.

Glitches mean the Statistics are slightly wrong; the ascent was 1,500m and the time taken was 8 hours 20. Foel Fras saw both Fergal and I complete the 3000s.
