Peak baggers only!
by Dessie1  9 Jul 2012 Parked on main road at gate S846 903 (Point A) which has a sign "Eggs for sale".Enough room for 2 cars in the hard shoulder.Climb over gate at main road and travel approx 100m to another gate straight in front.Over this gate keeping farm to your left until you come to another gate which turns in toward the farm.Over this and take a quick right turn, over another gate onto track and follow forest (on your left) for another 400m or so sweeping around to the left gradually and up a track all the way to summit. The summit is easier reached this way rather than having to fight through the overgrown forest exit if you cut through the first part of the forest at the farm.No view from summit and no trig pillar.A quick peek out of the forest gives a glimpse of surrounding mountains.A very quick outing with less than a hour travel.
Point A: S846 903
