Also known as Corrie/Corry Mountain. A point SE slopes of this summit is the highest point in Co. Roscommon (422m). Note, however, that the summit is in Co. Leitrim. Seltannasaggart or Corry Mountain is also the name of a townland in the parish of Inishmagrath. Corry appears to be from Ir. corrach, 'marsh or moor'.   Seltannasaggart is the second highest hill in the Arigna Mountains area and the 810th highest in Ireland.

MountainViews.ie Picture about mountain Seltannasaggart in area Arigna Mountains, Ireland
Picture: Best viewed from afar

Heavily industrialised hill
Short Summary created by wicklore,  24 Jul 2010
Seltannasaggart is possibly best viewed from afar, as the summit area is one of the most industrialised in Ireland. Besides the plethora of windmills, there are huge areas of exposed shale where the bog was scraped off, large deposits of sand and stone and lots of sheds, machinery, spare windmill parts and litter. It can be reached from an access road at G924184 A which leads to the top, or by hiking over three kms of rough bog by starting at G 87439 21661 B.
