If you're coming from the main Laghtnafrankee top, aiming for S22348 17342(Point B) will bring you to a crude stile to help cross a fence that would otherwise block your way. The fence follows the path of the track shown running between the Glenary river valley and Glendalough on my Preliminary Edition Sheet 75, though there's no actual track to be found! It's a quick enough (1.9km) trot over from the main summit, and well worth it: the views are almost as good as from the higher peak, and you get a nice perspective on Laghtnafrankee itself.
