Bedrock type: Purple & green sandstone & siltstone, (Caha Mountain Formation)

Tooth Mountain and Knocknaveacal appear to be repectively a translation and an anglicisation of the same name, but they are marked as two separate peaks about 1km apart.   Tooth Mountain is the 311th highest summit in Ireland.
