by absalon  9 May 2004 A good walk from Bunglass to Malinbeg following the cliffs. From Bunglass one follows the track to Scregiochtar ,then round the bend in the cliffs to the Eagle's Nest, dropping a little before ascending to Cnoc Ramhar. On gaining the higher ground ,one comes to a narrow rocky strip which can be walked or avoided . It is exciting but care must be taken. Continue on following the cliffs to the summit. You will have crossed the 'One Man's Pass' and never noticed it! From the summit follow the cliffs to Trabane near Malinbeg and the rough terrain is soon left behind and grassy fields take over. The walk comfortably takes 5 hours.

by Djouce  5 Nov 2002 Great hike with sea cliffs to the south. Not as dangerous as I imagined. Walked from car park at Bunglass to beach on west side.
