Cummeengeera from Knockowen

An unusual look at the entire Cummeengeera Horseshoe can be seen from the lower slopes of Knockowen west of the summit. Lackabane is on the left, and the steepness of the approach from Tooreenbaha can be seen. Tooreenbaha itself is the prominent hump in the mid-ground. To the right in the distance are Coomacloghane and Tooth Mountain, with the two Eskatarriffs hidden behind Lackabane. Trackback: http://mountainviews.ie/summit/268/comment/17878/
