Beenkeragh offers challenging scrambling on the Hag's Tooth Ridge. It is connected to Carrauntoohil by a ridge known as the Bones.   Beenkeragh is the second highest mountain in Ireland. Beenkeragh is the second highest point in county Kerry.

Here's a view from the ridge down to the small unnamed (?) lake below 959, past the bluffs of Eagle's nest to Lough Gouragh in the Hags Glen. I'm grinning inanely - must be the altitude combined with sunstroke ! Trackback: http://mountainviews.ie/summit/2/comment/655/
