Southern Man on Slieve Binnian North Tor, 2006
by Southern Man  20 Feb 2006
Sat 18 Feb 2006 - Slieve Binnian starting from the Head Rd, up past the abandoned quarry, then left the track to head straight up the south eastern face. Last 150m was tough going but heather ensured safe footing, quite icy at the summit in and around the tors. Photo is taken looking NW towards Ben Crom, note ice in rock pools. Great views of surrounding peaks. Trackback: http://mountainviews.ie/summit/156/comment/2195/
