by corrynor  17 Apr 2012 Not much more to be said that has not already been said. I Followed the simple route in the short summary up along the south side of the ridge from Doogort. The terrain was steep on the way up but the views where stunning and even better when arriving at the top. After taking in the views I walked on down the south side and finished at the "Deserted Village" abandoned around 1850 when the landowner increased the rent beyond the means of the poor people living there.
