For a walk visiting the deserted village and megalithic tomb on the S side of Slievemore, see Siúlóidí Acla, walk E.   Slievemore is the second highest mountain in the Achill/Corraun area and the 158th highest in Ireland. Slievemore is the most northerly summit in the Achill/Corraun area.
