Picture: Stoompa's passage tomb?

I noted Jackill's comment (in his excellent account of his circuit around Mangerton & Stoompa) about passing what appeared to be a passage tomb on his descent to Lugh Garagarry. Here is a picture, which, I think, may be what Jackill was referring to. Does anyone know if, in fact, this is a passage tomb? It certainly looks like one!
