I walked around the top of Glennagappul from the Devil's punchbowl - which is fairly level and dry and dramatic so it's all great if the weather is good. I came down directly from Stoompa and tried to head back to the mangerton road, across the end of the lake. This was difficult stuff. The ground was full of over-grown rocks and lumps and it was very hard to see your way. It might be easier to just go back the way you came or tackle this ground on the way Trackback: http://mountainviews.ie/summit/105/comment/303/
