Contributions: how do you make a contribution
Context of comment:I've been wandering around the hills of Ireland over the past couple of years (newbie) occasionally referring to this site beforehand when venturing outside Wicklow in an effort to identify interesting walks beforehand. The weekend before last I used the "Walks" section to identify the The Coumloughra Horseshoe. Jackill provided an excellent outline of the walk.
But I chose to go clockwise rather than anticlockwise due to some local advice I had received.
Weather conditions were fair, but with occasional cloud cover & gusting winds. I was delighted that I went clockwise, as I was quite tired (unfit) by the time I reached Carrauntoohill & welcomed the respite. The return trip via Caher was therefore a welcome relief as I would not have enjoyed the return trip via the Bones as much. I thought that this might be useful info for other first timers, but was unable to add any contribution to the walk (only to a particular peak).
Might it be worth considering allowing contributions to existing walks? Mac.
