Access to Motley Views
Context of comment:We have a new protocol in place for some time regarding access to Motley Views from the Home Page. When one selects a "Motley" Contribution on that page, it expands as a stand alone item. [ It seems to be the same for Site Feedback so you're seeing an example of it now!]Formerly, the member would be channelled to the then current Motley Views page with a multiplicity of contributions.
Message:The clear advantage of the new system is that you get exactly what you are looking for AND ONLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. And there is nothing to stop you getting access to all the other Motley Views by pulling down the Motley Views menu and entering the General Forum. But somehow I find myself alienated from Motley Views because of the new system. In order to spot a thread or spot something I've missed I have to take more than one step. [What is wrong with me? Why don't I get a life?] Mine may be a minority view...But does anyone else think that the old way was better? I hesitate to give this Feedback knowing the work that has gone into all of this.I suspect that the Recession is starting to push me over the edge. Is this the first of many cries for HELP...
Additional points:Oh I'll happily test...
