Full Moon Walks
These are walks by the light of the full moon. They will take place in the Wicklow area over the next coming months. The next walk is on Sat Jan 10th meeting in Kilmacanogue at 7pm. This will be an introductory walk around the greater and smaller sugar loafs. Night Navigation skills will be the theme for this walk.

You will be expected to bring your normal day pack hiking trip along with a head torch.
Raingear as always is essential and a good pair of walking boots. Bring along an extra fleece for extra warmth.

A hot drink should be brought along as well as we will be stopping along the way.

The price is only €25 for these walks.
You can contact me on 087-7849599 or online at
http://www.hilltoptreks.ie

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Terry.

Robber's Pass Hill: Minor heathery lump. Overcivilised and underwhelming.
Collaborative entry Last edit by: simon3 a week ago.
This oddly named hill is more a very minor heathery bump incorporated into the system of tracks laid out by the Wicklow Mountains National Park. It can be reached from any of the western car-parks...

Croaghmoyle: Easy walk up to great views

Low lying cloud/mist/fog discouraged me from putting the effort into going up Nephin today. On the way home I parked at the start of the Croaghmoyle service road and followed it past a wind turbin...
