Hill fencing
Well spotted markod. Why can requirements not be adaptable to situations? Why is it always 'one size fits all'.

There is no end to the wonderment whereby educated Europeans flock to Ireland for the unspoilt beauty of our uplands and then on returning home forget all of what they experienced and enact agricultural requirements which tend to destroy that beauty! Initially drafted with good intentions for mainland Europe there has been no consideration for special areas and our MPs seem to have other things on their minds to distract them.

Surely we have some politicians with rigid vertebrae who can expose the folly of this requirement and get central administrators to redress this nonsense.
