Now hauld on...
Well it just annoys me that many people my age believe that the only way to enjoy themselves on a weekend is to get completely wasted... they can't see anything past that. On the subject of music, 21st century music has no passion... it's a bloody fashion show this mainstream rubbish, I avoid it. Oh don't worry, I don't just like Zeppelin, weedavie. I may be 15 but I like more punk and Oi! than people three times my age! Oi Polloi (from Edinburgh, you may know them), Cock Sparrer, Cockney Rejects, Anti-Nowhere League, Angelic Upstarts, The Pistols... you name it. Belfast punk like Rudi, The Outcasts and of course Stiff Ickle Fingers are other favourites. And the 80's had some brilliant music! The ska era is fantastic, and so is the post-punk Joy Division era... also thrash, black and death metal were all born! Two words...Iron Maiden, not Jefferson Starship! weedavie, my tastes range from the Delta blues of Robert Johnson and Son House, to the black and death metal of Bathory and Cannibal Corpse... I appreciate any type of music that requires talent (well... Oi! doesnt require that much talent but anyway!) and is passionate. I myself drum and sing in a band (yes, at the same time). I'm trying to introduce some enthusiam back into the modern world of music... www.myspace.com/circadianmetal

Part of the village, about 10 houses in total.

Inishmeane: Not much to do, a tranquil place.
magicstep 13 hours ago.
Visited in 2014. There's a sandy beach and a solid pier with slipway and a picnic table facing the mainland. The road from the pier all the way thru the village is a robust concrete one, but it's ...

Now living furth of Scotland and getting to know the Irish hills. If you come across a Scottish hill Walker with dodgy knees and walking sedately, stop and say hello.

Surprisingly Donegal islands have a very good mobile internet reception, sometimes better than in an office in Dublin.

I did kayak to the island in 2014. There is a slipway facing the mainland. Lot's of ruined houses. Walking is decent as the island is flat but in places ground is uneven and overgrown, there are o...

Knockroe: OMG - I forget to check the MV page!

Decided to make a day out of a Dublin-Waterford drive, despite low-hanging cloud. Knockroe wore a misty white cap as I glanced up from the Sculloge Gap carpark. Planning my attack (so I thought), ...
