Blaskets again...Inishvickillane gone...
The boatman is Mick Sheeran, patkissane.
He has confirmed that he will (weather permitting of course) get us to Inishnabro and Inishtooskert. He did say landing will be tricky, hence everyone will be taking responsibility for their own welfare. Got a call from someone on behalf of Sean Haughey today to say that he had canvassed other family members and what with landing, insurance etc. they would have to decline. It is not a summit at present, whereas Inishtooskert and Inioshnabro are, but still it's a pity as it is supposed to have some neat ruins and of course might make the new lists.
Barring a miracle, some MV being the brother of the head of Irish Lights or something, Tearaght is also out. The boat owner also mentioned Beginish, but that seems pretty unremarkable. |

Collaborative entry Last edit by: simon3 a day ago. This summit can be reached using the ridge extending NE from Croaghbarnes and there are suggestions it could be reached from Commeen to the north on the R253.
